Background: The DG-29 heavy blaster pistol, also known as the DG-29 sideloader, was a model of heavy blaster pistol produced by BlasTech Industries, and was the preferred weapon of Tobias Beckett for his dominant left hand. While fighting Enfys Nest, it was kicked out of his hand. But he manage to used a black DG-29 on Kessel. His weapon had a rainbow-ring caused by heat-exposure oxidation. The DG-29 had a similar grip and power ampule socket as the RSKF-44 but was side-loading and sported an image magnifying macroscope for long range shots.
